The day before, which is Friday, I received the N95 8GB replica housing or cover. I inspected it and realised only one flaw. That is the front cover is made with the same material as the back cover which has a rubber feel. It should be plastic and a little glossy. But anyway, it’s cheap. Who cares.

So, if you can see, I took out only the back cover and the front cover. Including the buttons at the side and the camera parts. If you need to know how to dissemble a N95 8GB, google for it. Cause what I did was a partial dissemble.

So after putting the back cover back together, It certainly looks like a new phone.

The side buttons too, are new. And when the LEDs light through them, they look super bright. Anyhow, I have not change the top cover, bottom cover and middle cover that consist of the key pad too. That’s because it’s still looks new. The goal here is to get a replica and make it look as new and original as possible.

This is the part which isn’t really succesful. You can see it looks new which scratches. But the cover looks matt. Which is not how the original looks like. It’s good enough for a replica.
Soon, we will see the skinning of the Nokia E66.
