What’s so cool bout this phone? Cause it’s Pantech, the main company of SKY, another mobile phone company. Haha, no lah. It’s because it has a unique feature, a Bone Conduction technology speaker.

Bone Conduction technology utilizes person’s bone or skull vibration for audio transmission. There is a bone conduction speaker built into the handset and what the user needs to do is just place their skulls near the special made device so that the sound will be able to transfer to inner ear through the skull vibration. The advantage is it can eliminate all the background noise since the audio transmission is not going through the air.

Besides this high end feature, it also equipped with some useful functions like QVGA LCD with huge characters, three easy touch buttons for simple operation and quick dialing which could be beneficial for elder folks. Furthermore, it also comes with alarm sound system for personal protection in case of any emergency case.

Maybe can get this phone for my dad. HAHA!!

Samsung water powered handset

The cool thing bout this phone is it’s using a newly developed battery which compose of micro-fuel cell and hydrogen generator that runs on H20 (water), producing about three watts of power to power the mobile phone up for about 10 hours.

“When the handset is turned on, metal and water in the phone react to produce hydrogen gas,” explained Oh Yong-soo, vice president of Samsung Electro-Mechanics research center.

“The gas is then supplied to the fuel cell where it reacts with oxygen in the air to generate power.”

Actually, that’s the only cool thing bout this phone.

Yes, the cool thing bout this phone is the cute lady in the picture. Haha! Anycall is another brand of mobile phone under samsung. That’s why you see the model number similar.

This phone runs on Windows Mobile 6 Professional with a Marvell 624MHz PXA300 processor. This slim and sleek Multi Touch comes equipped with an 2 megapixel camera, DMB TV tuner and a 2.8-inch QVGA touchscreen using haptic technology which able to offer a vibrating response (tactile feedback) when touched, simulating the feel of a real button.

That’s why I love korean phones so much. Always so innovative. Anyway, I like this last sentence from the article:
